The cottages were a great base for exploring Ireland's attractions, with cozy open-plan living rooms and a pebble beach nearby. Free parking and a speedy check-in/out made things easy.
Oh, just loved the hot water on a timer, broken blinds, and compact living spaces. Such a unique experience!

We were thrilled to find a number of activities offered in the area, including fishing and hiking. The kids had a blast exploring the beautiful countryside and trying their hand at fishing in the nearby streams. We also enjoyed the local leisure pursuits of cycling and hill walking, which provided endless adventures for the whole family. The spacious living room area in the cottage provided a cozy and comfortable space for us to relax and plan our daily activities.
My kids wished there was a playground or outdoor play area at the cottages. While there was plenty of space for them to run around, having a designated play area would have added an extra element of fun for them.

The location offered a myriad of activities, including fishing and hiking, that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The kids especially enjoyed the nearby cycling routes and sea fishing opportunities. We found the cottage to be immaculately clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep for all. The host, Caroline, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the well-maintained estate provided ample green spaces and biodiversity areas for our children to explore and appreciate nature.
In my wife's opinion, the communal spaces in the cottage were a bit small for a large family, especially during meal times. It would be great if there was more room for all six of us to gather and eat together comfortably.
